Do you feel like your vacation is slipping away too quickly? That mornings are full of rush again, and your coffee finds itself somewhere between your toothbrush and your car keys?
It's time to take a coffee break - but a real, slow one.

🌱 Origin and philosophy
Slow coffee was born from the idea of resisting the rush of everyday life and prioritizing quality over speed. It's a conscious decision - taking your time, choosing good beans, grinding them just before brewing, and enjoying every step.
What is “Slow Coffee”?
“Slow coffee” is not just a way of making coffee – it’s a mini rebellion against the fast pace. It’s about taking a few extra minutes and making coffee using a method that requires your hand, patience and attention.

✨ Why it is important in our routine
- Mindfulness in every drop 🧘♂️ – preparation and tasting become a moment when you calm down and catch your breath.
- A delicious revolution 😋 – slow extraction reveals rich aromas that espresso often skips.
- A sustainable choice 🌍 – handmade, thoughtfully and without unnecessary energy consumption.
- Cultural pleasure 🫖 – from the morning silence at home to relaxed socializing with friends.

🛠️ How to make slow coffee & necessary tools
1️⃣ Choose the right method:
-
Pour-over (V60) – gently pouring hot water through the filter for a clean and aromatic taste.
-
French Press – coffee with a rich body, prepared without filters.
- Chemex – a designer piece that combines aesthetics and exceptionally pure taste.
2️⃣ You will need:
- Fresh coffee beans ☕ (ground just before brewing – a grinder is a must-have!)
- Coffee utensil of choice (V60, French Press, Chemex)
- Kitchen scale ⚖️ – for the exact ratio of coffee to water.
- Water kettle with a narrow neck 💧 – for precise pouring.
3️⃣ Three-step process:
- Grind the coffee just before preparation (recommended ratio: 60 g of coffee per 1 l of water).
- Slowly pour in hot water (92–96 °C) and let the extraction take place at its own pace.
- Enjoy the first sip as the aromas bloom. 🌸

Coffee shouldn't just be a motivator. Let it be a moment. If you drink it quickly, it serves you. If you take a moment for it, it serves your soul. 💖
